Sometimes an account is put under review. That can come from our team, or automatically, for example when photos don’t look like the same person.
While it’s under review you can’t use Discover or chat. The app shows a short list of things to do, like verifying a selfie, fixing photos or reading the guidelines.
- Open the app and go through the list.
- Do each thing it asks.
- Tap Send for review.
A person on our team checks it, and you hear back in the app.
