It usually fails for one of these reasons. Your first photo doesn’t clearly show your face. The selfie couldn’t confirm a live person. Or a photo isn’t you.
- Make sure your first photo clearly shows your face, and that every photo is of you.
- Find good light and hold the phone at eye level.
- No sunglasses, and no mask over your face. Only you in the frame.
- Try again from your profile.
There’s a limit on tries per day. If you hit it, try again tomorrow.
The badge can drop later if your main photo changes to one that doesn’t match you. If that happens, fix the photo and verify again.
